RunLtd is all you need to get you fit, feeling healthy and totally motivated.
Our RunLtd sessions are coached by Sophie Bond. The coached running sessions are ideal for people from all walks of life. You don't need to be a fitness freak as taking part in RunLtd, as a Fitness Unlimited member provides motivating goals for anyone to work towards. This is ideal for anyone who's always fancied running but never given it a try before.
Unlike lots of 'running clubs', RunLtd is a structured programme tailored for your own needs and to suit your own ability. It isn't about pushing yourself to the absolute limit but moreso about moving you on at a pace you're comfortable with. Our fully qualified coach is dedicated to helping you make continuous improvement - setting achievable, realistic goals along the way.
RunLtd is fantastic for personal development, keeping fit, losing weight or simply meeting new people. It's also a great way to train for events such as the Sheffield Half Marathon.
