Enjoy a morning tour of the stadium followed by a chance to try some athletics skills yourself.

The tour will take in flame hill, the photo finish tower, the 400m track, VIP & hospitality areas, Royal box, security monitor room and changing rooms. See where Olympic champions compete and where celebrities went head to head in Channel 4's 'The Games' and ask questions as we go around.

Qualified coaches lead the afternoon session with the chance to try at javelin, sprints, hurdles, long jump, discus, shot put, high jump and team games.
