Stay motivated and challenged throughout your membership with this 30 minute session with your lifestyle consultant. They will motivate you and help you reach your potential.
Health MOT
An all round health check which incorporates body measurements, weight, upper body fat percentage, blood pressure testing, resting pulse rate and flexibility testing.
Technique Sessions
A one to one session focusing on a specific exercise technique - includes Fab Abs, Core Body, Free Weights, Gym Circuits, Kinesis and Power Plates.
Health Profile
Sit down with your lifestyle consultant and identify your specific needs to develop a programme that will help you achieve your individual goals - it's important to refresh your programme
every 4 to 8 weeks.
Programme Walk Through
Go through your programme in this 30 minute session with your lifestyle consultant. You'll look at your programme in detail and help maximise your results.
