Get kids involved with our dedicated Kids Fitness sessions which are available for
12-15 year olds who are keen to get active using the Fitness Unlimted gym alongside a parent.
Kids must have a 30 minute cardio induction prior to using the gym equipment.
Kids must be supervised at all times in the Fitness Unlimited Gym.
Kids Fitness is also available at Concord Sports Centre.
Times
Monday - Friday: 3.30-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-4pm
